In a regularly scheduled governing board meeting new officers were elected by governing board members for the 2009-10 fiscal year.

John Scovil - Chair
Mr. Scovil is the Director of the Doss Heritage and Culture Center in Weatherford.

Claudia Bowden - Secretary
Mrs. Bowden is an Account Manager at North Central Texas Workforce.

Dennis Clayton - Vice Chair
Mr. Clayton is the Executive Director at Weatherford Economic Development Authority, Inc.
