30 area High School Seniors were awarded a total of $20,000 in scholarship funds from the Weatherford College Tech Prep Consortium this semester. Many of this year's recipients are identified below with the Business Partner that funded their particular scholarship.
Sgt. Edward Herrera, Texas Army National Guard, awards Cody Ryan McGee, a Senior at Brock High School, a $1,000 Weatherford College Tech Prep Scholarship.
Compass Bank President Brian Lixie awards the Bair Hatcher Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $1,500 to Alvord Senior Trevor Hahn
Mineral Wells High School Scholarship Recipient Samantha Alford and CTE Director David Hardy
Jim Swan, Account Executive for Johnson Controls, awards Hannah Farley, a Brock High School Senior, a $1,000 Weatherford College Tech Prep Scholarship.
